If you have registered for a program, booked a room or purchased a membership at any Coquitlam Parks, Recreation and Culture facility in the past two years, your customer profile will be transferred to the new system.

You should have received an email from communication@perfectmind.com with a link to verify your new account. Please check your Spam / Junk email folder in case the email above got sent there.

The link will take you to our new registration software webpage, cityofcoquitlam.perfectmind.com.

You must verify your new account before registering online for spring and summer programs. 

If you have never registered with the City before, or haven’t within the past two years, you will need to create an account to register for programs.
